If you prefer a gift card redemption, the minimum is lower at $25. Shards, by contrast, are non-redeemable and exist only for free social gameplay, so no amount of Shards can be exchanged for cash or gift cards. Choosing the right method up front matters because minimums and processing speeds differ meaningfully between the three options.

Processing Times and Identity Verification

Processing speed varies by method. Cryptocurrency redemptions are the fastest, typically completed within 1 day. Gift card redemptions are also processed in about 1 day.

Bank transfers take the longest, generally 3 to 5 days, which is common for ACH-style transfers industry-wide. Before your first cashout of any kind, Vegas Gems will require identity verification, commonly known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

This typically involves confirming your name, date of birth, and address, along with a government-issued photo ID. Verification is a one-time step for most players; once approved, subsequent redemptions using the same method are usually processed within the stated timeframes without additional review, though the platform may periodically request updated documentation.
